New SO2 Limits finally announced.
According to the New York Times, the EPA has finally set a new NAAQS for SO2. You can also read the EPA announcement here.

How Green also tracks Congressional action, EPA and other agency policy statements and regulations, and international treaties relevant to our environmental law. The blog strives to contextualize all of these developments so that readers may understand their significance as they occur.
How Green is written from a decidedly environmental point of view. It is an independent blog, not associated with any environmental group, law firm, or government or industry organization.
